Scientific research shows the plant contains furostanolic saponins and protodioscin compounds that stimulate testosterone production.     • Adequate sleep helps balance testosterone. Ideally, people suffering from sleep deprivation have low testosterone levels since the human circadian rhythm improves testosterone production when one sleeps.

    • Some unhealthy habits, such as heavy alcohol consumption and being overweight, can reduce testosterone levels. For instance, alcohol damages Leydig cells, which aid in testosterone production, while fat cells convert testosterone into estrogen.

    • Reduced stress levels can help boost testosterone production. Stress increases cortisol levels, a hormone that negatively affects testosterone levels.

    If you suspect that you have low testosterone levels, the best approach would be to consult a qualified health professional. Your doctor conducts tests to establish your testosterone levels and advises on suitable approaches to boost the hormone’s production. You must be honest with your doctor. For instance, inform them about underlying health conditions or prior drug use since they could cause low testosterone. If your testosterone levels are incredibly low, the professional issues a prescription.
